About Luscious

Luscious is a sweet, petite, polite, peaceful and sweet, 10-year-old, female black and white tuxedo with golden eyes looking for a loving guardian. This sweet girl landed in a cage at Chicago Animal Care and Control. Sadly, she and her sibling cat were abandoned in an apartment when their humans moved. Lucky for them, a caring foster mom came forward to care for them. However, her brother was too ill to make it. Luscious made a full recovery. She's been living in a foster home with multiple de-clawed cats and a small dog and doing absolutely beautifully. She's not at all shy and happy to hang out on your furniture or wander around your home. She'd be fine with other cats and cat-loving dogs, or fine as the one and only pet in your life. She has all her claws but is completely non-destructive. She's all about a tiny bit of play, a little snack, a nap and right back at it. Play. Snack. Nap. She'll even jump in your lap for a short bit. She enjoys canned food and has a little 'pancreaplus powder' sprinkled on top due to an earlier bout of pancreatitis. Luscious is well-trained with her litter box. She is now healthy, spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, micro-chipped and virus-tested negative. Her adoption fee of $95 benefits rescued pets.
