About Gunner

My name is Brittany and my family and I are in need of some help with a lab/pointer mix we adopted on April 7th at 6 weeks old so he is approximately 9 months now. With very heavy hearts we are needing to rehome him as soon as possible. We have 2 very small children 3 years old, 9 months and 2 other small dogs we have had for a long time. We do not have the time or resources to have him trained properly as his size and traits are a lot to handle. He is a very sweet and loving dog. He tends to chew things, get in trash, jumps fences and gets very territorial around other people and animals. We feel like this could potentially be a hazard due to our lack of resources to train him properly. Even though he has not bite anyone or our children yet we are not wanting to take the risk of him potentially doing that. Please help us. He would be such a great dog if he was trained properly and in the right hands. We do again love him very much and wish to see him go to the right individuals.
