About Axel, Adopted

'Axel is waiting for heartworm treatment, but in the mean time, his foster home has learned more about him. Axel is good with other dogs, but is on the dominant side. A home with other dogs is not out of the question, however, he is also a resource guarder which brings with it special considerations. Due to his large size and resource guarding, a home with small or young children will be out of the question. He's a good boy, but will not be the easiest to integrate into a home with other dogs. A home with no other dogs, no small or young kids and boxer experience will be the ideal home for Axel.
