About Luna

Luna is a delightful 4 year old Doberman X Lab mix looking for her new home. She came to a trainer as a wild child with no manners and has become a stellar canine citizen able to play nicely, hang with other dogs and enjoy her family. Luna is looking for an energetic, fun loving home, that is committed to continuing her training. Luna is a high energy girl who needs 'work' and calming exercise as well as a good daily morning walk, run or treadmill walk. Luna may excel at detection or hunting work , such as blood trail or treeing (she does not bay but loves to tree squirrels) as she has a very strong nose. Luna needs a 'job.' She's not huge on affection. She now looks for it a bit and likes a little, but her brain is geared to task...truly. Luna is good with dogs, but does need a slow introduction. Unknown with cats, though good with neighboring outdoor cats. Luna is shy at first but fast to warm up to people.
