About Leia

FOSTER or ADOPT: Leia is looking for a mature household, where people are home a lot and enjoy a constant companion. Leia is a working dog, and needs mental stimulation and human companionship, someone who interacts with her. She needs a person who can instill confidence in her to be content to stay by herself for a while. Leia is great with older kids who don't pull and push and prod on her. Right now she lives with a 9 year old whom she gets along with splendidly. She has dog buddies, but they mostly leave her alone and she doesn't bother with them. She listens very well. Knows how to sit and is great on the leash.
