About URGENT - BACO

A5216332 Baco is a strapping 6-year-old yellow neutered male German Shepherd and Labrador Retriever Mix who came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center as a stray from Baldwin Park on September 5th, and was transferred to Agoura Animal Care Center on December 24th. Weighing 88 lbs, Baco is an athletic gentleman with a handsome face and a friendly personality to match. Despite his strength, Baco is great on leash; he absolutely loves walks and meeting new people. While the shelter environment is naturally a little stressful for him, Baco bonds with handlers within minutes, especially when there are ear-scratches to be had. He is politely curious about other dogs and shows signs of housebreaking. Baco does have a small growth on one of his back legs that should be checked by a vet, but it certainly isn't holding this hunk back. He would be perfect for an active owner or family seeking a companion for long walks on the beach, urban strolls, or hikes in the hills.
