Adoption Fee: $100
Siamese / Burmese
Age: Senior
Sex: Male

Sarah and Jynx (Sarah is featured in another post) These two beautiful cats have had their share of ups and downs in life. They were adopted together as kittens back in early 2007. Sometime after that, their story becomes a little more murky. Apparently, their original adopter decided that they should be re-homed for unknown reasons. Paw Prints would have gladly taken these lovely kitties back into the adoption program, but we were unaware that they needed assistance. They lived in a second home for a period of time, and then they were surrendered to the Wake County Animal Shelter as 11 year old senior citizen kitties! Of course, they did not transition well.... They had lived their entire lives in a home, and suddenly they were put in separate cages in a very noisy environment. Like most traumatized cats, they stopped eating. Thank goodness for microchips! Once the shelter scanned these two, they realized that had been adopted from Paw Prints, and they contacted us. We were able to get the cats fairly quickly from the shelter and place them in a foster home. After a few days, they were recovering nicely from their trauma. We would love to place to these two senior citizens together to live out their golden years! Jynx is the Seal Point Siamese. He is the more outgoing of the two, and follows his foster mom around the house. He is affectionate and loving, and not intimidated by the family dog! Sarah is the Lynx Point Siamese. She is the shyer, quieter of the two cats. While she enjoys her loving, she is more intimidated by the family dog (despite the dog's indifference), and she stays in the area of the house where the dog is not allowed. Both of these seniors appear to be in good health. If you can find room in your heart for these siblings, they will return the favor, and fill your heart with joy! They deserve a loving, quiet home together to enjoy a sunny window, a comfortable bed, and caring humans for the rest of their lives!
