About Willow

Don't let Willow's advanced age fool you. This is one very playful and friendly 8 pounder. Willow is hit or miss with the other dogs in our Weeki Wachee rescue. Some she likes and some, not so much. Willow has been around children over 12 years of age but not younger. This girl sleeps quietly in her kennel. Willow was left behind in a Miami home when her movers moved out. She was very unhealthy when she arrived at our rescue and was nearly hairless. With medical treatment and tender loving care, Willow's health has greatly improved. She is being treated for hypothyroidism. This girl was adopted Jan. 5, 2019 but was returned to our rescue June 2 when the adopter broke his hip and could no longer care for her. Willow has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and dewormed. She's current on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. Adoption fees for Willow have been waived.
