Cailee was a save from animal control in St. Paul. It is believed that she was hit by a car which, caused her a nasty tail injury. Cailee's owners were contacted but they chose not to retrieve her from animal control so we were contacted to help this sweet girl out. Cailee was seen immediately by our trusted vets and it was determined that her tail needed to be amputated. Let us tell you this - having no tail has not in one bit slowed this girl down. From the minute she returned to our facility after her surgery, she was walking around like she owned the place! This girl truly is a gem - she loves attention, loves people, and although she currently tolerates other cats, we presume that in time and as she gains confidence that she doesn't have to protect her back end from unwanted kitten attacks, she will do totally fine with them as well. (She seems to do fine with older cats, it's the kittens that surprise her.) DOB 2016
