SAY HELLO TO LATTE! Latte is a super sweet super adorable 9 week old Chihuahua puppy girl. Weighing in at just 3 pounds, this little dynamo is everything you could ever want in a puppy! Latte came to us with through no fault of her own. She was abandoned in a cardboard box with her litter mates Licorice and Cobbler as newborns. They were thankfully found and brought to us where they were bottle fed by our wonderful rescue volunteers. We are happy to say that they are all doing so well and are now ready to meet their new families! What can we say ... she's 100% puppy! She is adorable, sweet, spunky and playful! She gets on well with his litter mates as well as all her foster mates here at the rescue. This little trio is simply hilarious and have such adorable personalities! The second she sees a visitor, she runs right up to you and it's game on! Latte is not quite leash trained yet but she does ride nicely in the car. She is not at all barky. She has had consistent housetraining, however she is just 9 weeks old. An experienced adopter who is able to provide gentle guidance and patience as she learns where she is to go and what she is to do would be wonderful. Latte will thrive with a family of adults or adults with older kids. With her very tiny 3 pound size, a family with kids over the age of 10 that have gentle hands and experience with petite dogs like Latte would be considered. She would also thrive with a family that has a smaller breed dog that is of like size, age and spunky personality. Maybe if there aren't any dogs in your home, you might consider adopting Latte and one of her litter mates! Latte is a low maintenance, shorter coated breed that will require regular weekly brushing as well as baths as needed to keep that velvety black coat looking fabulous. Regular nail trims and ear cleaning could be done very inexpensively with a qualified reputable groomer. Latte's adoption fee is $ 225.00 This includes her Veterinarian Wellness checks while here at the rescue, her spay, all age appropriate vaccinations including rabies and bordatella, de-worming, a pre-adoption professional groom and a microchip with lifetime membership. Latte will also have a new collar and leash as well as a gift bag which includes among other things, a starter bag of the quality grain free puppy kibble that she has been eating.
