SAY HELLO TO COBBLER! Cobbler is a super sweet super adorable 9 week old Chihuahua puppy boy. Weighing in at just 3 1/2 pounds, this little dynamo is sure to please! Cobbler came to us with through no fault of his own. He was abandoned in a cardboard box with his mates Licorice and Latte as newborns. They were thankfully found and brought to us where they were bottle fed by our wonderful rescue volunteers. We are happy to say that they are all doing so well and are now ready to meet their new families! What can we say ... he's 100% puppy! He is adorable, sweet, spunky and playful! He gets on well with his litter mates as well as all his foster mates here at the rescue. This little trio is simply hilarious and have such adorable personalities! Cobbler is not quite leash trained yet but he does ride nicely in the car. He is not at all barky. He has had consistent housetraining, however he is just 9 weeks old. An experienced adopter who is able to provide gentle guidance and patience as he learns where he is to go and what he is to do would be wonderful. Cobbler will thrive with a family of adults or adults with older kids. With his very tiny size, a family with kids over the age of 10 that have gentle hands and experience with petite dogs like Cobbler would be considered. He would also thrive with a family that has a smaller breed dog that is of like size, age and spunky personality. Maybe if there aren't any dogs in your home, you might consider adopting Cobbler and one of his litter mates! Cobbler is a low maintenance, shorter coated breed that will require regular weekly brushing as well as baths as needed to keep that velvety black coat looking on point. Regular nail trims and ear cleaning could be done very inexpensively with a qualified reputable groomer. Cobbler's adoption fee is $ 225.00 This includes his Veterinarian Wellness checks while here at the rescue, his neuter, all age appropriate vaccinations including rabies and bordatella, de-worming, a pre-adoption professional groom and a microchip with lifetime membership. Cobbler will also have a new collar and leash as well as a gift bag which includes among other things, a starter bag of the quality grain free puppy kibble that he has been eating.
