About Blue

Blue is full of energy and life. She loves people and hates to be alone. She is almost three years old. We fostered her and a littermate when they were 7 weeks old so she has been in a loving home from the beginning. When the litter was found no one knew what breed or mix the litter was. As she has grown it has become clear she is, in the very least, a catahoula mix. She is very protective of her humans and so so loving with us. However when we adopted her we also had a smaller rescue dog. Since this summer, Blue no longer tolerates other dogs and is extremely dominate over them. Our family is heartbroken because she is truly the best most loving dog to the humans in our family. Unfortunately it is in Blue and our other dog's best interest for Blue to go to a home with a very large yard and no other dogs.
