CHICO! Most of us know this dog. Loved by many, many people since he entered the shelter 2.5 years ago. He has been in and out many times. This AARMy heard the pleas from his volunteer friends when he started going downhill mentally and physically, and together we decided he needed a fair shot at life. With AARM's support, he was welcomed by Paw Creek Training 4 (FOUR) months ago. ���� With Chico's training comes 3 training sessions for his adopter. You will be fully supported! Chico has been ready for his furever home for a while now, but we need to find his perfect match to ensure his success. ������������ This squishy faced, silly, happy dog wants to move in with you! We think his ideal home would be: ��� Only dog! Non-negotiable ��� ��ӡNo other animals that aren't caged...cats ���� (he has no interest in the lovebird or chickens at his current home, but always use caution) ��ӡ We envision: An elderly couple that are around a lot, or maybe a bachelor or young couple that only want one dog at a time and can enjoy his sweet personality while maintaining his boundaries and structure. What Chico needs: ���Structure ���Owners that can leave his past behind and give him what he needs now (not coddling or sympathy - he is so over his past ����) ���Rules and boundaries that aren't crossed so he doesn't get confused. ���No kids or elderly susceptible to falling because if he does get excited, he loses control if his body and may knock down and hurt someone accidentally. He also will get in your face of allowed to get too excited and will accidentally smash his face into you (which can hurt). What Chico has: ��� Training! House trained, leash trained, crate trained ��� Skills: Sit, place, no, come, etc. This will all come with his 3 free training sessions. ��� Able to calmly hang out at public, dog friendly establishments ��� Loves to play keep away with a Frisbee ��� Ability to hike, run, or walk for lengthy distances, if you want ��� Ability to Netflix and chill after a short burst of exercise in the back yard ��� A lot of love and loyalty!
