About Harper

Harper Pit Bull Terrier Mix Female 1 year old 50 lbs. Hi there everyone, my name is Harper and I can't wait for my forever home! I'm enjoying my stay with my foster mom, but I just think it will be so wonderful to find someone to love! I am a pretty shy girl at first, but once I warm up to people, I'm a playful, friendly dog who loves to give kisses and cuddles. Even though I'm not small, I secretly want to be a lap dog. I don't think that kind of thing should be reserved for little dogs, personally. Bigger dogs like laps, too! Also, I really like to play with toys, and am a tug-of-war champ. Fetch is fun too! I love to play with other dogs, and sometimes hop around a bit like a bunny, which my foster mom keeps saying is pretty adorable. And even though I'm younger, I don't chew things up or destroy anything in my foster home. I have quite a bit of energy, so it might be best for me to be in a house without cats or small kids, but with proper introductions, I love other dogs and grown-up people.
