About Meilani

Looking for a quiet, mild mannered side kick? A beautiful, sweet and petite companion? Meilani is your girl! Age: Approximately 2 years Weight: 40lbs Good with other dogs?: Little Miss would do best as the only dog at this time. She likes young/small puppies, but does not have much tolerance for the larger ones or dogs in her face or space. Good with cats?: Unknown, we have no way to cat test. Most likely a no go. Good with children?: Meilani is fine with considerate children of all ages. She LOVES people! Activity level: Low to moderate. She does zoomies in the yard on occasion and can be playful, but for the most part she strolls along, taking it all in. She enjoys taking walks and lounging in the yard or on the porch. Prefers cuddles on the couch most days. She is kind of the perfect balance! Favorite things: Being with her person! She is foster Mom's shadow. Walks to explore and snuggles. Meilani listens extremely well, she is house/crate trained, pulls a bit on leash, but is easily corrected. Quiet (not once have we heard her bark or carry on), inquisitive, personable but not too in your face, this gal really is such a doll! She has not given her foster family any grief, she is quite the lovely little lady!
