About CHOCO

CHOCO (short for Chocolate!) is 6 years old. He's often overlooked (okay, he's always overlooked) at adoption events but we know just the right adopter is going to come along for him. He's waiting to win someone's heart. Beautiful chocolate-black coat Schipperke mix, a bit timid at first, needs TLC and a calm loving family (any kids in the family should be at least 14 years old and responsible) -- his people should understand his needs and be patient -- he'll need to come to you, and then once he trusts you, his world is the happiest place ever. This goes for introducing guests as well. He'd enjoy a home with his own yard and even another dog in the family to be his pal, or he'd be happy as your one and only with someone retired, or who works from home ... he absolutely loves his people and is a snuggler. Choco is also the peppiest little boy on a leash -- cutest bouncy step when he's going for a walk... like he's in a parade showing off his fluffy fun tail. Meet Choco on SUNDAYs at PetSmart, 10030 N 90th Street in Scottsdale from 11:15am til 1:45pm. He'll also go to his new home with collar and ID tag, harness, and leash.
