About Spike

Spike is a Pitbull/Boxer mix who is 10 years old, neutered, and current on all vaccinations. He has been with us at VCA for almost 5 months after having to be surrendered. When in stressful situations, he gets a mild skin reaction (but is manageable with proper care). He would thrive in an environment without other animals as he likes to chase cats and is dog selective. He's very loyal and once you gain his trust, he will be your best friend. He is house-trained and loves watching T.V. He responds best to men, however, he gets along very well with all the girls here at VCA. His favorite hobbies includes napping, car rides and playing with his favorite toys.
