RESCUED, from under a bridge in a rural farming community in western NC. HANDSOME purebred Beagles: BRISCOE, ANDY & BARNEY had been seen/heard running in the woods, hunting and baying for well over a month. They had been taking shelter under a bridge and living off scraps the local folks were leaving out for them. Obviously, they had been abandoned/dumped by their past owner in the area. A bit skinny, skittish and tired, but otherwise in pretty good health. So, they must be decent 'pleasure hunters', but not good enough for past owner to want to keep feeding them. They are ALL very sweet and friendly, but hand-shy of humans, so this says a lot about their past owner/life. They want to trust, and are very happy to hang out with their person when they are certain that you/their human are trustworthy and mean them no harm/pain, ALL are outgoing, happy and have a sweet, gentle demeanor, & they LOVE to run & play!!!
