About Banjo

Banjo is a sweet, timid, goofy pup. 5 years old. He has had aggressive behavior in the past, due to his intense anxiety. He was abused by a male, and has a hard time trusting people and because of this he has felted cornered and snapped at people. He needs to find a home that will take the time and patience for him to warm up and be comfortable to trust you. It takes some time to win him over, but once you do he will love you with all his heart. Very well behaved. We take off leash walks through the woods often and he never runs to far, always comes back when called. He has a goofy, fun personality, loves to run and explore, especially the beach. He would love to have another dog in the house, though it may take time for him to warm up to them. I am rehoming him because I'm taking a new job that requires me to be out of the country for months at a time. Must go to home with a consistent schedule, a big yard, and calm, kind animal lovers.
