EUGENE IN HOUSTON, TX....Eugene was found as a stray and ended up on the euthanasia list due to his skinny appearance. Eugene is approximately 3 years old and just skin and bones. His humans were not good to him. Eugene is settling into his foster home very well. He loves dogs of all sizes, kids and adults. He would be a great addition to any family. Even though human have let him down he's still so loving. He's a total sweetheart.
