About Casper

*Special Needs* Casper is an adorable white pup with a polka dot nose and one spot on her ear. She is vision impaired with her 3rd eyelid covering most of both eyes so we are hopeful the vet may be able to surgically repair. Paws crossed! She seems to do well with cats, children, and dogs as long as they aren't in her face constantly so at this time, I would say another medium to large breed dog. Casper was found astray and wound up in the pound where she was put into a foster home and almost untouchable she was so afraid. Her foster mom worked with her for months to where she is now, healthy and happy. She is now at rescue and we are very anxious to get her to the vet to see if her vision can be restored. She's very sweet and bonds with her people. She's just too cute and we know special needs have the hardest time finding homes. She deserves a home and family!! Casper loves to cuddle and loves to go for walks. She cannot see at all at night so she feels very safe and content in her crate if it is dark out.
