About Josephine

Josephine is a beautiful seven-year-old Chow Chow looking to find her forever family. She is fully-vetted (valley fever and tick fever negative), up to date on vaccinations, spayed, microchipped and licensed in Maricopa County, Arizona. We also tested her urine and fecal, and the results came back normal. When we did Josephine's blood work, she did come back heartworm positive. We have since treated for her for the heartworms, and she will live a normal life. Her adoption includes a one-year supply of heartworm preventative. Josie is a little shy at first, but once she gets to know you, she is very lovable. She did have a meet and greet with one family, but they had stairs in their home. She was scared of the steps, so a one level house will be best for Josie. She is 100% house trained. She is big and little dog friendly, but does NOT like cats.
