About Oreo

My name is Oreo. I'm about 5 - 5 1/2 yrs old and weigh about 25 lbs. I'm a very healthy dog and current on all my shots. My owner rescued me a few years ago from a shelter that I was placed in after I was found roaming the streets with nowhere to go. When I got to my owners house she had a chihuahua that I thought I would become friends with but neither I nor my owner knew that the grumpy little chihuahua didn't care to be friends. He's old and stubborn and I'm young and full of life! My owner feels bad for me and wants to rehome me so I can be happier and have a playmate. I love to run around outside but I'm also a little lazy and like to lay around in my bed half the day. I'm VERY affectionate and love to be petted and played with. Sometimes I even demand attention by pawing at people :) I do have some anxiety, I keep hearing that it runs in my beagle blood, so I get shaky at times and have little accidents on the floor. That might be because of my behavior though. I like other dogs. I get a little intimidated by big dogs so I think I would get along best with a dog my size. I've been around some of the neighborhood cats and don't have any problem with them. if you take me home I promise to make you happy and give you lots of love and cuddles. I'm a pretty simple little girl.
