MEET CASPER!!! Lake Havasu AZ Hi, my name is CASPER. I'm a 3 yr old male Chihuhua. I'm neutered, current on vaccinations & microchipped. I've recently had my nails trimmed too! I came into rescue as an owner surrender due to a family housing emergency. I'm very friendly, lovable & cuddly. I am also good with all other dogs/puppies, cats/kittens, new people & kids. I'm currently in a wonderful foster home, & while my foster mom is super awesome, I would love a fur-ever home of my very own with more one on one attention.
