About Sunny aka Sunshine

SUNNY a beautiful FAWN needs a forever home... I rescued SUNNY a year ago from Northern California. My elderly mom had rescued him off the streets about 4 years ago and he was kept in a small space outside since she had many other dogs. She loves him but is not well and need medical attention and can not care for him. We have fostered Sunny for a year and I have to keep him separate from my dogs. My mom needs my attention and he must find a forever home asap! Her wishes is he find a happy home before the holidays, So I am putting this out in the universe. Having lived so long alone & confined, Sunny is hungry for attention & love. He is an over sized lap dog who loves to carry around his favorite fishy toy all day until he falls asleep with it. He is crate-trained, comes with a crate and a bed. An ideal adopter would be someone who is home a lot, so Sunny can have a one on one relationship with a person or couple; possibly a retiree who doesn't travel often, (we can always pet sit for free if and when you travel), or someone who works from home. A human to take him on walks and snuggle him at night. Someone who is looking for a true, loving, funny companion, and forever friend, as that is exactly what this handsome boy wants and deserves. SUNNY MUST BE THE ONLY DOG- NO OTHER ANIMALS! He is a Fawn Pit bull and looks like a seal. Needs fenced yard. 5 years old, neutered, chipped & up to date on shots. He has some basic training.
