About Huck

Meet Huck! Huck is a 6 year old Treeing Walker Coonhound. My family rescued him about 4 years ago. His first owner gave him away and he ended up being tied to a tree. My family rescued him and we have had him ever since! We are currently moving to an appartment and sadly can't take Huck. Huck is neutered, potty trained and knows many commands. He is good with other dogs and cats. Huck needs a lot of land where he can run free. He's a lazy boy inside. He loves to sleep on the couch or snuggle in the bed. He doesn't walk great on a leash he tends to pull a lot but he loves running in open land. Huck loves car rides! He will sit in the passenger seat with his head out the window! Huck does have some severe allergies. He does go to the vet and was on Cytopoint injections for his allergies and he is now on apoquel and fish oil pills. He is allergic to something outside we just aren't sure what. He has itcy ears that need to be cleaned. He doesn't like his ears touched or his feet. Our vet has not been able to successfully clean out his ears. They want to sedate him first but we just haven't had the money for that. We love him dearly and want him to go to someone who has land and will be able to keep up with his medical bills. He is an amazing, goofy boy and we just want the best for him!
