About Duke

Meet Duke. Duke will be 1 in December, he is an intact male Shephard mix and is up to date on all vaccines and heartworm preventative. I am not selling this dog or trading him for items, but I am asking for a rehoming fee which is negotiable. I will not drop Duke off when any stranger, I will want proof of ability to properly care for him. Duke is a sweet, energetic dog. He loves people and animals, his friendliness gets him into trouble. He knows basic commands and a few tricks, but he goes deaf when he's excited. He weighs 25-30lbs and will not get any bigger, shorter than knee height on all fours but is able jump to your face. Duke broke his leg when he was 4 months, it was treated and it gives him no issues; however, sometimes he will limp on it. He has been seen by a vet 3 times for this issue and has been labeled a malingerer. He loves to run and chew, this dog needs a fenced yard and can not be left alone in a house because of his obsession to chew.
