Buddy is estimated to be 13 weeks old. He was found along with his 8 other sibling under an abandoned house when they were about 6 weeks old. The puppies were found after a good Samaritan fed and followed their mom. They are now up to date on vaccinations and are ready to find their forever homes. He is currently being fostered in Seattle.
