BUCKWHEAT - ID#A437137 Buckwheat is a four year old Chihuahua mix that arrived at the shelter nearly bald. As his fur has grown in he has also blossomed. He does not seem to respond well to sound and we think he could possibly be deaf. Buckwheat loves affection and would like a home where he feels comfortable and secure even when his people leave. He has been at the shelter since Oct 23, 2018.
