About Dahlia (west)

Dahlia A4163361 This is Dahlia She is an absolutely beautiful 5 year old spayed female black and tan German Shepherd mix. Dahlia was surrendered by her owners on October 28, 2018, apparently for getting into a fight with their other larger dog. She was very protective of her owner when brought to the shelter, and extremely timid and scared. She will go on the list to be euthanized tomorrow if not adopted. Since she has been here, she has warmed up considerably with volunteer staff. She actually walks pretty good on a leash, pulling only a little, and she will take treats softly. She really is a gentle dog, and would make a wonderful and loyal companion. Just needs some proper training and socialization. At 5 years of age, she is out of the annoying puppy stage, and just wants a loving home where she can show her affection and love. Would some please step up and save Dahlia? Please?
