About Blaze

Meet super handsome boy Blaze�%9D%A4��%8F, a very friendly sweet young husky, who was rescued from local hillkill shelter not recently! Blaze is around 2-3 yrs old, has a playful, puppy-like demeanor, but is also quite mellow, mature and wants to please. He fit right in with the Foster's young male husky, and has just the perfect amount of energy. He is not intimidating or alpha, but also not too submissive����. He is looking for a loving home, ideally with another dog(s) and/or someone who is able to give him attention throughout the day. He would probably not do well left alone for long periods, but he can manage several hours and occasionally likes his own space. He is generally not destructive and is content chewing on bones or playing in the yard. Blaze came out of the shelter very thin - it has taken a while, but he has gained some weight and could use some more. He is not a picky eater and he is always very excited to get his meals. Blaze loves to curl up next to his human and follow them around. He needs someone who will be there with him forever and give him a little guidance. He knows his basic commands, walks well on leash, and is very smart/trainable. Like most huskies, he may push the limits a little bit, but he will always be by your side.
