About Romeo

Romeo is a people pleaser. He loves car rides, taking baths and chewing on plush toys. He loves to run around and play. He does like to play by nipping your hands. So lots of toys. He's good with small children ( I have a 1.5 yr old). So Romeo is patient. He knows his name, he is trained to go outside and do his business, he knows sit, and lay down when pointed to the floor. He knows stay as far as 'stay' when you are walking out the door. He is crate trained but does prefer to not be in there as he loves to always be right next to you. If everything that is tempted to chew on is picked up, you can leave him out of the crate while your not home. He's a cuddle bug for sure. He follows you everywhere. He loves soft blankets as he likes to sleep under them, and right next to you. He loves his kong, and his toy balls to fetch and squeaky toys .I believe Romeo has separation anxiety as he only likes to eat his food if your in the room. He loves kisses, so no shyness when you want to kiss him on the head or nose. Romeo needs a home with a fenced in backyard so that he can use up all his energy. When walking, he needs to stay on the leash. He was a shelter dog before we got him, so he will run if he gets the chance. But that's not to say he doesn't love to be in a good home, he just loves to be free. He is a wonderful dog. Needs a home where his new owner can be attentive to his needs with some extra training.
