About Zoey

Zoey is a 5 year old, chow chow / mastiff mix who we rescued from the Michigan Humane Society. I have had her, her entire life from 10 weeks old and I couldn't have asked for a better pet. Zoey is so well mannered, calm, well trained, listens and is hyper human submissive so she makes a great companion for the right family who doesn't have small kids or other pets. Zoey loves lounging around, she is some what skid-dish at times with new people and definitely around new dogs. She was brought up with a yellow lab who I am sorry to say now has cancer. Zoey hasn't been taking that well and after much deliberation and time with the vet, a trainer and a behaviorist, they all believe it is in her best interest to be re-homed with a family where she is the only pet.
