About Perfect Gentleman!!!

This boy was worth rescuing!!!!! Total Love.... If you want a very well behaved and lovable medium size dog, this is it and very handsome on top of it!! He's a 4yr old male neutered Pointer/mix. He was shy in the kennels but ended up being adopted but it was not the right home for him. He is not an apartment boy. He needs to play and be social with other dogs. So Argo was brought back at the Shelter and when returned he sat in the Lost and Found area for a while before they could get him ready. The girls up there said he was wonderful. Quiet, well behavior, would sit, stay and do whatever they asked of him. However, once he was taken back into the kennels he became terrified. He immediately began shaking and reacted out of fear. He had no issues the first time when he was in adoption but sometimes when dogs come back they become terrified and can't get an other chance. Obviously he is not a dog who should be in a small apartment. We could not leave him at the Shelter to die so we took him in the rescue. We placed him in a foster Home with 2 other dogs and they get along so well. The Foster Mom reports that Argo is very polite and spoons with her every night in bed. That is hilarious consideration he was returned.... I met him a week ago and took some pictures and was so impressed. He is a total sweetheart and come to give kisses.
