About Orson

Orson is a mastiff pit mix. He is very sweet and loving. We adopted him from animal care when he was very sick with pneumonia and heartworm he has been through all the treatments and is clear of heartworm and healthy. We are having trouble getting him used to our cats. He isn't aggressive but too curious for our liking . He does chase if given the opportunity. We keep them separate. He gets along well with our German Shepherd. He needs a dominant person who can be a pack leader and he will be a loyal follower. He has some training. He can sit and stay for food. He comes when called. We love him but feel our home is not working for him. We have too many cats to juggle . He likes to chew bones but destroys toys. He likes a blanket to suck on. It seems to comfort him when in the crate. I have more pictures if interested.
