Phoebe found herself at the local kill shelter at three weeks old with her litter mates. She lived there until entering our foster program on September 9, 2018. Phoebe is quite the interesting little lady. She has always resembled more of a mouse or chipmunk given her tiny size and big eyes. While she is tiny, that does not hold her back from trying to be the boss! Phoebe can often be found trying her best to be brave in new experiences by puffing her tail out and hissing. Phoebe is a cuddly girl who LOVES to play. Phoebe has grown up in a foster home with other cats, dogs, and children.
