About Breezie

Breezie is a sweet young quiet clean beautiful blue-eyed long-haired Himalayan Siamese mix who is 22 months old. He gets along well with other cats and also dogs as long as they are gentle and don't chase him. He doesn't use his claws to defend himself against other animals because he's so submissive, so he cannot live with other aggressive or dominant pets. He's a little bit shy and would do best in a quiet home without small children and would make a wonderful pet for an elderly couple. We have had him since he was seven weeks old but my large uncoordinated dog plays rough sometimes and chases him, therefore Breezie is currently not very happy here. He does not normally jump on countertops and doesn't like human food. He loves belly rubs, loves to be pet, and likes to be brushed gently. He doesn't particularly like to be held but will sit next to his human and quietly purr once he feels comfortable. Potential adopter must commit to weekly brushing so his coat doesn't get matted. He will allow his nails to be trimmed but isn't a fan of it. He sometimes tries to scratch the side of the couch but can be easily redirected to his scratching post. He has a really cute little kitten meow, but is quiet and will not wake his human during the night or early in the morning. He knows how to use a pet door leading to his litter box in the garage and never has accidents. He has no desire to go outside. Local area only please and no shipping allowed.
