About Levi - IN TRAINING

My name is Levi and I am a handsome 2.5-year old Pit mix, with beautiful amber eyes and I weigh about 70 pounds. I like children, but I may knock young kids down because I am so excited to see them. Because of that, I am recommended with children 6 and up, but that could be lowered if the family understands I might make a child fall. I really like to chase cats so a home without them would be best, but if the cat was dog savvy, I think I could contain myself. I love chasing stuffed toys and my foster mom thinks I would make a good agility dog! When it comes to toys and treats, I am a gentle boy and will take them nicely from your hand. I struggled some with shelter life so I can't wait to have my own cushy bed with lots of toys and a family of my very own. I promise I'm not hard to please! I entered the RPSM Companion Program Training program at the Lakeland Correctional facility on 11-16-18 and will graduate and be ready for my forever home on 1-25-18. I'm neutered and UTD on all my vaccines, HW, FT, and have a microchip of my own. RPSM recommends children 6 years and older. I will require a fenced in yard, either physical or underground.
