About Maggie

Maggie is a high energy girl. She is extremely playful and VERY smart. She has not had the proper training to help channel her energy. Once she is exercised she is very receptive to training. Maggie will require a physically fenced-in yard. She is not recommended with cats at this time. Once trained and she has a better grasp on her impulses she could be trusted with a cat. Pending a meet-n-greet she may be okay with another dog (males only), but she is over the top with her energy and many dogs will NOT tolerate this behavior. Maggie is recommended with older children (12+). She needs training and does not respect personal space. She is happy, affectionate, and wants to please. In the shelter environment she is very stimulated and needs a quieter setting with more consistency to learn her boundaries.
