About Buster

Buster is one handsome fella whom we rescued only hours away from death at a Houston Shelter. We are not sure how he made it there for almost a month where most dogs are euthanized within 3 to 7 days upon arrival. Someone was looking over him for sure. He has a greater purpose and now he has a chance to find out what that is. Buster is a 2-3 year old Anatolian Shepherd or Black Mouth Cur mix. He currently weighs 55 pounds. He could use a few extra ones since he is a little on the thin side. Buster is neutered, mirco-chipped, up to date on all vaccines and heartworm- and flea-preventatives. Buster is a pretty mellow but yet playful. He is excited to go out for walks and outings. He enjoys playing with other dogs and fetching and playing with his toys. He is obedient and responds well to demands. He walks well on the leash. This boy LOVES car rides. We can see Buster with a family or person that enjoys the outdoors. He would make an amazing hiking and walking partner, even possibly a running partner.
