About Princess Leia

Lab mix
Age: Puppy
Sex: Female

Meet Princess Leia! A fearless rebel who at such a young age along with her siblings had to make ends meet. Leia is a Lab mix, approx. 1 years old, 45 pounds, puppy at heart and a stunning young dog. It was obvious Leia and her siblings found themselves at one point starved so Leia being the smallest in size learned to be a food guarder and towards other dogs, not an issue with humans, so feeding her separately if with another dog is required. In spite of this one issue, she is a sweet and loving puppy that is needing a loving family that will provide obedience training, patients and love. Leia is house broken and now crate trained. She rides fine in a car, but needs more work on a leash. LOVES other dogs. Loves to play fetch. She is a true lab! She does require plenty of exercise and routine and consistence. Such a sweet girl, has LOTS of energy but a BIG heart! Oh, she does GREAT at bath time! You don't even have to hold her she is just fine with it. She would definitely love a home where she can be the center of attention and not have to compete for it and be the only dog or a home where there is one other fur baby and you don't mind feeding them separately, a huge fenced in yard where she can run her heart out when needed, enjoy playing, running and toys! Leia has been fully vetted; spayed, up-to-date on all vaccines, heart worm tested negative and placed on prevention plus microchipped.
