About Athena

'Left alone in the kitty pound. So scared. What to do? Saved by Siamese Rescue. Now, I go home with you!' -Athena Athena is a classically beautiful seal point girl saved from the LA County shelter system. She had a major case of the shelter blues but is feeling 100% better now that she's in foster care. Athena, aka Teeny Theeny, is a small boned 8lb girl with a silky coat and deep, seal points. No undercoat here, so not a lot of shedding. She has a tiny meow that she mostly uses to fuss at the blue jays or ask for treats. She adores rolling around the floor with her foster parents, trying to teach them the art of kitty yoga. She will drop whatever she's doing to attack any toy with a feather. She is quite an acrobat when the feather wand is deployed. Athena has been meeting lots of new people and she is doing a great job with cat-to-human socialization. She is currently a level 1 lap cat (she'll lie next to you if you're still) on her way to becoming a level 4 (all laps, all the time). Athena would probably do best in moderately quiet home and would be okay with non-aggressive pets. Athena has been in foster care since February 2018 and would very much like to be in her forever home before she has the chance to celebrate her one year foster anniversary.
