Hazel is the sweetest dog you'll ever meet. She is very loving, cuddly and devoted. We rescued this beautiful girl from a high kill shelter when she only had hours left to live. Hazel had a raw lump on her nose which made potential adopters and other rescues overlook her. We knew a bump on your nose isn't a good reason to die! When we rescued her we immediately took her to our vet, who removed the entire mass. It was entirely benign(NOT cancer). Turns out it was just a lump of scar tissue! The vet said it will heal up very nicely and won't be noticeable. This very healthy, happy girl deserves a great home! Hazel loves to give hugs and sit by your side. She is very well behaved, house trained and friendly to all the small dogs in her foster home. Hazel gets scared of big barking dogs and would prefer a quiet home. Hazel has the softest fur and the most adorable fluffy tail. She is very smart, gentle and friendly to everyone she meets. Hazel weighs only 60 lbs, is spayed, fully vaccinated and microchipped. She walks nicely on a leash, and rides well in the car.
