6/28/18 (S) Seritha is a female mix. Approximately 1 yr. Weight 4.2 lbs. Available 7/3/18. Vet care was provided of $145.70. Seritha was presented for sneezing. Upon physical examination, she has Bilateral green nasal discharge and Dermatophytosis on her face and tail. Ear mites were seen on otlc exam. Acarex was applied in both ears for treatment of ear mites. Start on Terbinafine and Clavamox drops as directed. Panacur for 5 days also.
