About Landon

Meet the coolest dude you'll ever know: Landon. Overview: He's a 7 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback Lab mix, about 90lbs, and has eyebrows (he's got some funny expressions). He has a chill, but big personality. Definitely part person. He likes to curl up in a ball like a cat in weird, small places. He'll happily sit on you. He loves the holidays and is first to dress up. He knows how to give high fives, play dead, and he responds to 'I love you' by making funny sounds. A gentle giant, and really charming. Only times he'll get excited is when you come home from work and if the door bell rings. He loves parties, people, kids and kittens. His best friend is a labordoodle, but it is a hit and miss with future buddies - he's really only friendly with small dogs. He's a city dog, raised in Williamsburg Brooklyn, so loud noises don't bother him at all but prefers being outdoors chasing squirrels on hikes. He's seen a lot in his life - we went camping with him, he's been sailing, to rooftop parties and he used to flop around the bars as a puppy. He is like a full body pillow when he cuddles. Sheds fairly lightly. Loves kisses but is trained to not lick back. He deserves the best, and will give the best back to anyone looking for a lot of love. Health: Super healthy. We only feed him the best grain-free high quality blue diamond kibble, probably have spent more money on his dinners than our own. Just had a checkup last January and he is up to date on his shots. He's also microchipped and neutered. Why we need to find him a new home: It breaks my heart. I recently found out that I am moving to Thailand for work. I probably will cancel it all if I don't find him a great home. I will happily drive him to you, even outside the city, and pay for the adoption fee.
