About Remington

Remington is a nice dog. We live in the country and she showed up 2 years ago. We found a family to give her to and they have had her since then. The family status changed (man had to move grandma in for health reasons) and grandma didn't like the dog so as I am a man of my word I got her back. She is up to date on all her shots, spayed and is micro chipped. I have all the vet records and will provide to you if you decide to adopt. As far as hunting skills, I have no idea, I know she is constantly sniffing the ground when I let her out on her run. Not sure if she got away from her hunter and ended up here or if someone dumped her out. Temperament is good. We have 2 other dogs (Pit Bulls) she gets along well with the older but no the younger which is why I need to find her a home. She does sit, stay and will not eat until I tell her to. Took 2 days to train her no to eat once I put her food bowl down. She could be a family dog, was for 2 years but I think she needs to go to a hunter, she will drag you around if you let her with her nose to the ground. I recommend giving her a chance and if she don't work for you, I am more than willing to take her back to find the right home for her.
