About Miska

Miska came from the KHS with a broken leg. She showed up at a clinic I worked at for surgery. The leg healed perfectly and she came home with me. I am unable to keep her due to family health issues and financial changes. Miska loves to play. She will chase anything you throw, and especially loves tennis balls. She is house trained, kennel trained, and gentle leader leash trained. She does get anxious at times. I implemented some behavioral medication into some desensitization training I was doing with her. She is unsure with restraint. Miska will likely need some more help in that department. Though she is 56lbs, she believes she is a lap dog. This past February Miska was vaccinated with 3yr Rabies, DHPP, Leptospirosis, and Bordetella (she has been vaccinated with a combo K9 influenza previously but it wasn't boostered in Feb). Miska also had a blood panel, fecal test and heartworm test in Feb. I have records for all these things. Miska is a great dog. As a Vet Tech I can't in good conscience keep Miska when I know she deserves more time, attention, and resources than I can give her right now.
