About Goldie

Goldie is a beautiful female German Shepherd. She is active and loves attention! She approximately 75lbs. Goldie loves to play in water so if you have a pool (loves to play in the hose too!) that's a huge plus! We need to re-home her to a great home! She would be a wonderful companion for a man or a single woman that has owned a 'Dominant Breed' before! Very protective of her home and owner! She's been great with kids. My mom is elderly and she loves her very much, however she can no longer keep her due to health issues. Goldie needs a large backyard or daily exercise. She needs some advanced training. Her training so far is pretty basic. Sit, come, shake etc. Goldie doesn't do well on car rides yet she's getting better. All vaccinations are current and she is spayed. She loves to be inside and will come in and check every room in the house first. She also loves to be outside watching/protecting your/her home! If you've never owned a 'dominant breed' Goldie is probably not the dogs for you. If you have owned a 'dominant breed' and, understand what they need, she will make a wonderful companion for the rest of her life. We absolutely request that we see your home and yard before we let Goldie go to a new home. If you're not willing to do that, that's fine. However, we will not rehome her to you. We want to make sure she goes to the best home possible! Goldie would be best in a home that she is the only dog, and no cat or other animals. We want her to have a forever home!
