He was brought to my house by my daughter-in-law when he was a puppy without my permission, for my four grandchildren, age 5 & under. Unfortunately none in the family wanted to care for the dog properly, so it fell to me. While he is house-trained, he has had no other training. He is .... exuberant to say the least. I have 2 cats and older dog that he constantly wants to play with (the cats do not appreciate him at all, but tolerates him.) While he is a good, loving dog to people he knows, he has shown aggression when he comes in contact with others. He has no concept of his size and strength. when dealing with the children. If I can not find some one to take him, I will be forced to put him down. I am now retired and find it too hard to control him. He easily bolts out of an open door. He is not a digger, and has never jumped the fence.
