Charo is a 7 year old Poodle. She weighs 9 pounds. We believe she may have come from a puppy mill because she was turned into a shelter de-barked and not potty trained. She is currently trained to use pee-pads and with training will learn to potty outside. She is very sweet and loving and eager to please her person. She has a very happy disposition.
